The law defines a public association as a voluntary association of individuals and/or legal entities of private law for the exercise and protection of rights and freedoms, satisfaction of public, in particular economic, social, cultural, environmental, and other interests.

If we briefly define the points that an NGO provides, they are:

Acquaintances
A CSO brings people together, where you can meet like-minded beginners, experienced industry professionals, investors, or other stakeholders looking for promising projects.

Communication
The exchange of experience between members can be extremely valuable for each member. The opportunity to take part in the discussion or to raise your own project or issue for discussion provides the basis for identifying previously unnoticed problems and finding new approaches and solutions.

Assistance
Assistance can take a variety of forms: organizing training sessions; obtaining consultations from specialists; finding professionals who are lacking for the project; organizing fundraising events; finding investors; creating library collections; training; and helping to obtain internship opportunities.

Social impact
Another important aspect is the popularization of the NGO’s purpose. The mere existence of an organization with a relevant focus gives promising young people the understanding that they are not alone in their aspirations. Creating a favorable climate for the emergence and development of innovations gives prospects for the formation of a startup ecosystem.
