What is Personal Information?
As used herein, the term “personal information” means information that specifically identifies an individual (such as a name, address, telephone number, mobile number, e-mail address, or credit card number) and information about that individual or his or her activities that is directly linked to personally identifiable information. What Personal Information Do We Collect?

Because email is not recognized as a secure communication method, we request that you do not send private information via email. You may “opt out” of receiving email updates from Stop the Takeout Takeover by following the instructions in those emails. Stop the Takeout Takeover stores personal information for the duration of providing services to you or until you request the information be deleted. Please not that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if we have a good-faith belief it is necessary to respond to a legal request or comply with an existing legal obligation or to detect, prevent, or respond to security incidents or illegal activity.
Privacy With Respect to Minors
Stop the Takeout Takeover does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register on its Sites.
